Essentially, these are the people every company wants, but rarely finds. Back in my corporate days, with years of crypto trading under my belt (since 2012), I’d like to think I was one of them - consistently hitting targets, building scale, and delivering outcomes others said were “unrealistic.”

But fast forward to 2025… and here’s the crazy part: Everyone on my team is now a 10xer! The secret?

We don’t work harder. We leverage harder.

3 Rules for Managing AI-Empowered 10xers

Treat AI as a copilot, not competition: Clients may resist 100% AI (rightly so!), but no one rejects quality. Human + AI is the real productivity cocktail.
Redefine “collaboration”: Our team is spread across Bangalore, Noida, Dubai, and Germany. Time zone mismatch? Nope. It means 18-hour client support. (courtesy WhatsApp AI automations)
Audit your AI stack monthly: AI is evolving faster than we possibly imagined. We ditched Claude for Gemini & the cycle repeated when we stopped using Google NotebookLM for Perplexity Labs! All in the past 50 days.

The Future is Hybrid — Human + AI

Most people have opinions on AI, but few have battle-tested it. I’ve built startups, traded crypto for over a decade, run podcasts, scaled influencer brands, and grown teams. Now I’m adding AI-in-Business to that mix - because I’ve lived it, broken it, and rebuilt it.
